I reserve the right to post and use the final commission onto my social media and portfolio.

I cannot offer any refunds or compensation.

I will start the commission only after payment confirmation of the full price upfront.

Your payment will only be confirmed once I receive a readable, uncensored screenshot of your donation receipt to the GoFundMe. You may censor a part of your name for privacy, but make sure it is recognizable as you.

You may use my art for personal use (e.g. profile pictures, banners, etc.). Credit in your bio is preferred but not required.

You may not use my art for commercial purposes (e.g. selling prints, custom merch, etc.)

You may not use my art for any form of AI content or training.

You may not trace or claim my art as your own. If you repost it, please ensure to tag either my X or Instagram handle.

AI disturbance will be used on the finished product.

I will not accept reference photos of real animals or people. This is a personal preference as I find it difficult to adapt realism into my artstyle.

I am not liable for any problem that occurs between you and the GoFundMe website/page.

Please note that depending on my schedule, health and scale of the commission, I can take up to nearly 2 months working on it. I will try to provide a timeframe before payment, but I cannot guarantee it will be complete by then. Nonetheless I will eventually complete it.

DM me on X or Instagram to place your commission order. Please provide at least one clear, good quality reference photo. I will not accept references of real animals or people.

I will try to provide an estimated timeframe in which I will be able to complete the commission.

Once I accept your commission, please donate the full cost of the commission to the GoFundMe upfront.

I will only begin the commission once you have sent proof of your donation via an uncensored screenshot of your donation receipt. You can censor a part of your name for privacy, but make sure it is recognizable as yourself.

I will send you a sketch of the commission after I'm done. Please ask me to make any changes that you want, especially at this stage. Depending on how big the change is, I might not accept any alterations later on into the commission process.

After I receive confirmation from you to continue the commission, I will send updates of my progress until it is complete.
